Twisted Dyeing

Twisted dyeing on a garment is a creative and innovative technique that involves selectively adding or altering the color of certain areas of a fabric to create unique designs, patterns, or visual effects. This process often involves manipulating the fabric in specific ways before applying dyes or other color-changing agents. It is alternate for Tie & Dyes to make it consistent during bulk and achieve fastness parameters better than manual dyeing.

Partial color on a garment allows for endless creative possibilities. It's a technique that blends fabric manipulation, dyeing, and design to produce garments with unique visual appeal. This method is often used to create striking focal points, add depth to designs.

Callouts

    1. Material should be sent in fresh polybag.
    2. Material should not have any spots\ stains\ cut\ Damages.
    3. Sleeves should be tucked in all woven garments\ knitting garment if weight is below 250gm.
    4. Freeze all testing parameters from sampling stage.
    5. Clearly mention the matching source of buyer.
    6. Placement will differ from pc to pc.
    7. It is dyed and final in small batches so lot variation will be there.
    8. Rejection percentage will be 7%.
    9. Final shade band will be freeze after 3 bulk lots will physically signed garments.
    10. The material should be sent as per the lots made during blanket dyeing. This will help in reducing the shade band as we will be getting marked garment from each lot.
    11. We recommend to have a pre – prod meeting so that everybody is aware of the callouts for running style.
    12. Production will be started only after 1st bulk lot approval.
